Do You Need A Professional Headshot Picture?

Funny Headshot Picture

Hopefully, your headshot doesn’t look like this guys. I’m sure this was taken as a joke since I found it on humor.about.com but you’d be surprised by what I’ve seen.

One of my tips in my new book is you must have a professional headshot if you want to be taken seriously by the media or for that matter – anybody!  If you’re looking for a new job, a new love or a spot on TV, people want to know how you look. It’s simply human nature to judge the outside before they ever get to know the “real” you.

What does your picture say about you?

Google yourself and be honest! Is that selfie you took in the car with the shoulder strap on really appropriate for LinkedIn?

When I was creating my website, the book and the overall look to show people what I had to offer as a professional speaker and coach, I wanted to make sure the pictures brought out my personality. Finding the right photographer is a must and I was so happy when my brand designer Rachel Bertsch put me in touch with Brian Slawson.

I’m exciting for you to have the chance to work with Brian and I’m happy to offer TWO special raffles at my Book Signing Party – January 19th, 2017 at Boswell Books at 7 p.m.

And if you RSVP NOW – you can win a 30-minute media coaching session with me.  –  http://evite.me/zvxGSk7uHe

Then for every book you buy that night, you’ll be entered into a raffle to win a FREE headshot session with Brian.

A session to get one great headshot would normally cost $150 dollars.

So now is the time to come and say, “Hi!” Get my $19.95 book full of thousands of dollars worth of publicity ideas and the chance to put your best face forward.

And don’t forget for those who RSVP, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a FREE 30-minute coaching session with me normally $125.

Now you’ve got to come. 🙂 See you there…and don’t bring the cat. 🙂
