Smart companies plan for the unexpected crisis. When Acuity Insurance asked me to share some of my advice on handling a potential media emergency, I jumped at the chance.

People in Acuity’s social media team had come to hear one of my presentations at the University of Wisconsin’s School for Professional and Executive Development. As an adjunct facility member there, my keynote workshop is on emergency crisis communications – “How SMART companies Navigate Negative Situations.”
